The 2026 Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 is a solid year-over-year update, especially considering it's only a refinement of the 2025 variant and not a brand new design. Performance-wise, the gains are limited between generations and mostly on the CPU side, but the updated thermal module and 4K mini LED display allow for an improved general experience across the board.
