The new RTX Spark processor is billed as a true "superchip," featuring 20 CPU cores, 6,144 CUDA GPU cores, and 128 GB of unified LPDDR5X memory.
Nvidia claims that the integrated graphics performance is comparable to that of an RTX 5070 Laptop GPU. However, the company has not yet revealed any concrete performance data or benchmarks. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang described this chip as “the most efficient CPU ever built for a PC.”
