The Asus ROG Strix Scar 16 is the more compact version of the Scar 18 series, with similar performance and functionality, but with some of the cooling quirks inherent in a smaller form factor. Performance in gaming and demanding tasks, cooling, matte LED-panel display, premium chassis and excellent keyboard are among the main strengths of this series, but certain ergonomics leave something to be desired, and Asus' asking price for the Scar 2025 line is peppered with bad pepper.
