The ROG Ally seems to be a first-generation product from a manufacturer that still hasn't quite understood the market. However, when we judge the product as it is now, we're talking about something that still seems unfinished. The hardware is there, but the software is not yet. I wouldn't recommend it at launch and would at least wait a few months to see if ASUS will fix the software issues. One major advantage that the ROG Ally has is the ability to be used alongside an external GPU.
