Forza Motorsport demands a lot from a computer, especially if you enable Ray Tracing. But there's no way you'd notice Ray Tracing during races so I suggest turning Raytracing off, Vsync on and I'd enjoy the game to the fullest. If I had a weaker card, like RX580 or GTX 1060, I would limit it to 30 FPS and low graphics.
